1. What Third Bite does

Third Bite is an introducer only. We connect businesses with AI and data partners who may wish to license operational records. We do not buy data, we do not host operational datasets, and we do not act as a buyer, broker of record, or agent for either side.

Any license, sale, or transfer of records is made directly between the business and the selected partner, on terms the business approves. Third Bite is not a party to that license unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. No guarantee

Third Bite does not guarantee a deal, a payout, a valuation, or a price. Any ranges shown on this site are estimates only, are typical for qualified partner programs, and are not a quote or an instant valuation. Final compensation, if any, depends on partner review of the agreed scope, and is set on volume, quality, uniqueness, and commercial value.

3. Fees

Your business pays Third Bite nothing. No deposit, retainer, or commission is charged to your business. Where a deal proceeds, the AI partner pays Third Bite's fee under a separate agreement with that partner.

4. Ownership and scope

You keep ownership of your underlying records. A partner licenses a copy only, not ownership itself. Nothing moves without your signature. You approve the scope — including systems, record types, dates, exclusions, licensing rights, who sees originals, allowed use, and retention — and the offer, before any transfer.

You confirm that you are authorized to discuss a license for the records you describe, and that you have the rights needed to license them as described.

5. Data — Third Bite does not touch it

Third Bite does not receive, handle, store, or process your operational records. We do not de-identify, segregate, or retain them, and we do not see the underlying records you describe.

Any transfer of records, if you proceed, is made directly between you and the selected partner, on terms you approve and sign with that partner. How that partner de-identifies, segregates, retains, or deletes records, and what happens to models, derivatives, or backups, is governed by your agreement with that partner, not by Third Bite.

6. No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or business advice. You should get your own advice before signing any license.

7. Liability — introducer only

Third Bite only makes an introduction. We are not liable for any connection, introduction, or referral we make, for a partner's decision to proceed or not proceed, for a partner's use of licensed records, or for any deal you do or do not enter into.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Bite is not liable for any loss arising from any of those things. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid to Third Bite for the relevant introduction, if any.
